Things that are not cookies
- Google Tag Manager. Tag Manager itself sets no cookie. It is the container that loads Google Analytics and records a contact form submission as a conversion event.
- Our own analytics. We run self hosted, privacy focused analytics on our own infrastructure. It uses no cookies, sets no persistent identifier, and does not follow you to other websites.
- Staff sign in. The administrative area stores a short lived session token in browser session storage, not a cookie, and it is discarded when the tab closes. It is never set for ordinary visitors.
Your choice, and how it is applied
A banner asks whether you accept the Google Analytics cookies above. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so the answer is enforced before any tag runs rather than after:
- In the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage start denied. Nothing is stored while you decide, and nothing is stored at all if you decline.
- Elsewhere, analytics starts granted and declining switches it off. This is the usual United States model.
- Global Privacy Control overrides all of it. If your browser sends the signal, Google Tag Manager is never loaded, the banner does not appear, and there is nothing for you to click.
Your answer is stored in your browser, not in a cookie we can read across sites, and you can change it at any time from Your privacy choices in the footer of every page. Clearing site data or switching browser resets it and you will be asked again.
Google Signals is enabled on our Analytics property, which means a visit can be associated with a signed in Google account that has Ads Personalisation on. Declining, or sending Global Privacy Control, prevents this. Your privacy choices in the privacy policy explains what it does and every way to opt out.
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking pixels on this site. There is no Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no X pixel, and no LinkedIn Insight Tag, and no Google advertising or remarketing tag. If that ever changes, this page and the effective date above will change with it before the tag goes live.

How to control cookies
- Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, either for all sites or just this one. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause security challenges to repeat.
- Opt out of Google Analytics. Google publishes a browser add on that stops Analytics from measuring your visits on any site.
- Your privacy choices. The link in the footer of every page reopens the banner so you can change your answer at any time.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site does not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics at all, so the analytics cookies in the table above are never set. You do not have to ask us for this and there is nothing to click.
