Innovation Nexus is led by James C. Jordan — an expert AI/LLM consultant and software engineer who builds and operates production AI systems: Ask Civic AI, an OpenAI-powered assistant answering staff questions through a read-only tool contract over ERP-derived data inside our Civic Suite platform; a fully autonomous content pipeline that researches, writes, illustrates, and publishes every weekday; a portfolio of 13 production websites on one cluster and one automated path; and AI-driven lead-generation engines with signal scoring and learning loops. All of it runs our own business, every day, and the architecture behind it is documented in how we use AI.

Behind the AI work is 15+ years of software engineering — .NET, React, and SQL Server — across civic tech, municipal IT, and enterprise data environments.
